Aletta’s Library is open at a new location

On 4 October, Aletta’s new library and archive opened to the public in the heart of Amsterdam. The first visitor was welcomed with a bouquet of flowers.

Grand Opening and Open House

On Friday, 28 October, Amsterdam’s Mayor Van der Laan will officially open the new building in a ceremony attended by honoured guests and the media. Are you also curious about Aletta’s new facilities? From 19:00 to 21:00, all those who are interested are invited to come to the Open House.

Year of Sexuality: Sexual violence

In October and November, Aletta draws attention to the dark side of sexuality. In preparation for the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on 25 November, Aletta combed through her collection in search of engaging stories and statistics related to this subject.
