Know How Conference

Women’s information specialists come together once every four years at the Know How Conference. In 1998, Aletta organized the first “Know How Conference on Women’s Information” in Amsterdam. Three hundred information specialists from 83 countries took part in the conference and shared their knowledge and expertise. The “Mapping the World of Women’s Information Services” database is a direct result of this conference.
