Themes of the year
As of now, digitalising, activities, marketing and communications will be developed around appealing themes. The overarching focus is 200 years of women’s lives in The Netherlands. This has come about because in 2013, the Kingdom of the Netherlands will be 200 years old. In the lead up to 2013 each year’s theme will lead in that direction.
2009: Women’s political participation
In 2009, Aletta organised the following activities surrounding the theme 'Political participation of women':- 90 years of the right to vote on May 13
