A Designated Fund

This option affords you the security of a reliable investment without the administrative and managerial responsibilities of setting up your own charitable fund or foundation. The name of the fund and the funding objectives of your Designated Fund are up to you, as long as they fall within the scope of Aletta’s goals and objectives.
How does it work?
A Designated Funds is normally set up to exist indefinitely. The money in the fund is managed and administered by Aletta separately from other budgets and funds. Once a year, you will receive an overview of all of the awards and grants made from your fund. You and Aletta, together, determine the rules and procedures governing how the Designated Fund is managed. Alette assumes any costs involved with setting up and running the fund.
